Job Description:

Looking for a fast-paced, friendly work environment with an emphasis on teamwork and customer satisfaction? Members of our kitchen staff handle a wide variety of tasks related to food preparation that include but are not limited to:

• Customer service
• Cooking and smoking of meats
• Portioning of sides and entrees for in-store guests
• Preparing orders for bulk pickup and catering delivery orders
• Cleaning of dishes, utensils, dining areas and  kitchen equipment.

Staff members are expected to have some hours of availability during evenings and weekends.  Public store hours are 11:00 am - 8:00 pm Sunday through Thursday and 11:00 am - 9:00 pm Friday and Saturday.  However kitchen staff members are also scheduled prior to and after publicly advertised hours for opening and closing duties.

Required Skills:

  • Attention to detail.

  • Ability to understand written recipes and kitchen tickets.

  • Ability to maintain well-paced / frequent mobility (stand, walk, sit, reach, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, carry, etc.).
