Congratulations! If you’ve made it to this page, then you’re on your way to enjoying Bootleg’S DEE-LICIOUS GRUB!

Below you’ll find step-by-step instructions for reheating your ORDER.

REHEATIN' INSTRUCTIONS

+ BAR-B-Q & SIDE FIXINS

  • Preheat the oven to 275 degrees.

  • Leave the product in the aluminum pan covered with the film wrap & foil it was packaged in.

  • Once the oven reaches 275 degrees, cook for 1 hour & 15 minutes.

  • Remove food from the oven, peel back the foil & film wrap, & give it a stir.

  • Use a food thermometer to check the temperature. The internal temperature should reach 165 degrees.

  • Re-cover the pan & cook for an additional 15 minutes or until the food reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.

+ HOT & STICKY WINGS

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  • Line a baking sheet with foil & spray the entire sheet with non-stick cooking spray.

  • Spread the wings evenly on the baking sheet.

  • Bake for 12 - 15 minutes or until the wings reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees (skew 3 to 4 wings with the thermometer to temp.).

  • Bake for an additional 2 minutes if necessary. The internal temperature should be 165 degrees.

+ SPARE RIBS & BABY BACK RIBS

  • Preheat the oven to 275 degrees.

  • Leave the product in clear film wrap - the film wrap WILL NOT melt at this temperature, but it WILL seal in the natural juices & keep your food moist while reheating.

  • Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil.

  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the ribs reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees.

+ COBBLERS

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.

  • Bake for 1 hour.

+ BUTTER CREAM PIES

  • Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.

  • Bake for 30 minutes.

+ TURKEY & HAM

  • Leave the product in the clear film wrap it was packed in, and preheat your oven to 275 degrees- the film wrap WILL NOT melt at this temperature, but it WILL seal in the natural juices and keep your food moist while reheating.

  • Place your Turkey (or Ham) on a roasting pan / baking sheet and put in the oven for 2 hours, or until the temperature in the center reaches 145 degrees.

  • Remove the film wrap, set your oven to 325 degrees, and immediately return to the oven in order to crisp the outside.

  • Leave the product in the oven for an additional 20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Then turn off the oven & let your Turkey (or Ham) rest inside for 15 minutes before removing to serve.

  • A Note on Smoked Poultry: if you got one of Bootleg’s delicious smoked turkeys, we want you to enjoy every bite- even those with a little “extra” color! If you notice a slight pinkish hue in your turkey meat (even some red or purple near the bones) you can rest assured that it is VERY thoroughly cooked and safe to eat!

  • *This coloration is a signature of Bootleg’s slow-smoking process (12+ hours) and tends to be even more noticeable in lighter-colored meats like turkey and chicken - and since we been cookin’ em this way for nearly 30 years now, we reckon we've seen us a bird or two! Thanks again for choosing Bootleg!
